Press release from the Reston Land Corporation from June 28, 1984 entitled "One-Of-A-Kind House in America Opens in Reston." This releases concerns House Beautiful Magazine's "Best Small House '84" competition and the winning design, which was constructed in North Pointe Village in Reston, Virginia. The release further discusses the times the house would be open for visitors, events planned around the release of the special issue of House Beautiful concerning the competition, and the connection between House Beautiful and Reston since 1964.
