Abstract:
Memo from William J. Nicoson, Office of New Communities Development, to Samuel C. Jackson, Assistant Secretary for Metropolitan Planning and Development, entitled "New Legislative Proposals for New Communities" and dated October 27, 1970. In this memo, Nicoson discusses legislative proposals for the next year. This new proposals are those not included in the 1970 Housing Bill. Also options that don't require legislation are discussed.
