dc.description.abstract Report created by the Task Force on New Towns entitled "Summary Report of the Task Force on New Towns" dated October 16, 1967. This summary report proposes that the federal government provide financial incentives to developers for the creation and development of new communities. This report is organized into four sections. The first section is an introduction, with section two discussing the proposals of the task force, section three the benefits of new communities, and section four the potential of new communities.
