dc.description.abstract Minutes dated April 24, 1967 from a meeting of the New Communities Study, part of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Metropolitan Development. These minutes list participants in the meeting as well as describing the general discussion. Mentioned early in the minutes was the desire of the group to create a new-communities legislative proposal.
