Press Release: Reston Land Corporation, "Reston Town Center Development Plans Unveiled," February 18, 1986. This press release discusses the development of Reston Town Center. At the unveiling mentioned in the release, Reston Land Corporation President James Cleveland presented the development team, and model of the Urban Core.
