Letter from Joseph R. Stowers, Co-Chair Reston Community Association Planning and Zoning Committee, to the Regional and Urban Design Committee of the American Institute of Architects dated May 30 1989. This letter was written in support of the design achievements of the master planning and urban design of Reston, Virginia.
