Abstract:
Development Plan from Woodlands Development Corporation entitled "Development Plan: Exhibit G" that is undated. This development plan details the development of Woodlands, Texas, a new community development outside Houston, Texas. This community was started in 1974 and was aided by the federal guarantees program created by the 1974 Housing and Urban Development Act. The first three pages of the plan are given here.
