dc.description.abstract Speech presented by Robert E. Simon, Jr. at the American Society of Planning Officials in Boston, Massachusetts on March 8, 1964 entitled "New Towns: Prospects and Problems." This copy of the text of the speech was included in the appendix of an unknown work. In this speech, Simon discusses the potential benefits and downfalls of new town style development.
