Paper by William E. Steiner entitled "The Planned Environment: Structural and Natural Beauty" circa May 1985. This paper was presented at the symposium celebrating the twentieth anniversary of Reston, Virginia that was held May 8 through 11. Steiner discusses the development of Reston, specifically focusing on the design of townhouse clusters, office and industrial space, and public spaces.
