Slide by James Douglass entitled “Reston Expressway (Dulles Toll Road), under construction” dated August 1984. The construction of what was known as the Reston Expressway, now the Dulles Toll Road, can be seen. The Dulles Toll Road can be seen running from the foreground to the background. Also, Reston International Center can be seen to the left of the Dulles Toll Road. The construction of several buildings can be seen to the left and right of the Dulles Toll Road.
