Abstract:
Slide by an anonymous photographer entitled "'This is the Life' Reston printed advertisement, 'In Reston, you don't have to move out to move up,' color" dated circa 1991. This is an image of a color ad for Reston, Virginia. This ad shows a couple in 1983 and that same couple with children in 1991. In each image, the couple is standing in front of different houses. The ad further discusses how most residents of Reston considering staying in Reston if they need to move to a bigger home. Planned Community Archives Collection, 573.01
