Abstract:
Report from the Center for Community Change entitled "A New Community at NOVI" dated June 1969. This report discusses the feasiblity of a planned community in the town of Novi, Michigan near the Detroit Metropolitan area. Novi was incorporated as a city 1969, and it does not seem that a new community was created in this town. This excerpt from this report includes the table of contents and the introduction.
