Abstract
Draft of a letter from Secretary Samuel Pierce of the Department of Housing and Urban Development to Senator John Tower dated October 18, 1983, with two routing slips. This letter was a response to a letter concerning the Park Central Development in Port Arthur, Texas, from Senator John Tower of Texas that was dated September 21, 1983. Also included with this letter are the responses to Tower's letter from Vickie Longosz. Longosz, in the routing slip accompanying her response, asks to see the response letter before it is sent.
