Abstract
Undated rochure from Hazel/Peterson Companies entitled "Virginia Center." This brochure discusses a development called Virginia Center to be located next to Interstate 66 at the Nutley Street exit in Vienna, Virginia. This development would have included a 14-story building with 387,000 square feet of space as well as a three-acre lake, and high-rise apartments. Currently, this development consists of townhouses and condominiums known as the Marquis at Vienna Station, as well as office space. No office tower is currently present.
