Abstract

Article by Paul VanBuskirk, Lecturer at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, entitled "European Nations are Solving Their Urban Problems" that is dated September 1970. This article details a research trip that VanBuskirk took to Europe to study urban planning and new towns. VanBuskirk concludes that European countries have a firm grasp of urban planning issues.
