Abstract

Deals with the discipline Warfield labels mentomology (the study of behaviorally-related symptoms that are responsible for various unfortunate occurrences). He calls the causes of these symptoms "Mindbugs." The article identifies and discusses 25 different Mindbugs that fall into four categories: Mindbugs of Misinterpretations, Clanthink, Habit, and Error. A possible fifth category, Miindbugs of Specific Human Shortcomings, is also touched upon. John N. Warfield Collection 20.20
