Abstract

In this paper Warfield postulates that there are four Universal Priors to Science: the human being, language, reasoning through relationships, and archival representation. Warfield believes that these are areas that fall under the study of the liberal arts and humanities (in partnership with the social sciences and mathematics). Therefore, the liberal arts has the potential to revitalize science. John N. Warfield Collection 24.2
