Abstract

An in-depth look at seven different methodologies used for group design. Warfield labels the methodologies "consensus methodologies." For each methodology there is a one-page prose description, a one-page graphic to help the reader visualize the process, and a one-page DELTA chart of the process (a process flow chart). The seven methodologies discussed are: Brainwriting (Ideawriting), Nominal Group Technique (NGT), Delphi, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), Options Field Method, Options Profile Method, and Trade-off Analysis Method (TAM).
