Abstract
Letter to Rhoda Barnes from her husband Milton Barnes, stationed in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Milton recounts the battle at Missionary Ridge fought on November 25. He mentions many of the commanding officers involved including General Braxton Bragg and Major General Ulysses S. Grant. Milton lists those killed or wounded from his regiment.
