dc.description.abstract | This thesis interrogates the development of cyber warfare and how state governments engage cyber warfare. Cyber warfare is a highly modernized form of conflict between state actors, calling for those studying conflict to understand it as much as possible. While researching and writing this thesis, the author conducted a literature search and reviews of news articles, government documents, government press releases, and statements by government officials. | |
