| dc.description.abstract | On Wednesday, May 2, 2012, the University Libraries and the Office of the Provost held a faculty forum to discuss the possibility of creating a fund to help Mason faculty publish in open access journals. We anticipate that this fund would be used to help faculty pay article processing fees that are charged by some “gold” open access publishers to make articles publicly available. The purpose of the forum was to gather feedback from the Mason community. | |
