Abstract
A segment from a session of the Great University Seminar Series attended by George Mason University President George W.Johnson. Warfield discusses the 12 assumptions that underlie the concept of the Great University and identifies its organizational classification. He then breaks it down into three different colleges and discusses the various challenges of leadership in the Great University.
