Abstract

In this paper, Warfield discusses three different ways of organizing complexity: 20 Laws of Complexity in five categories, over 500 transparencies in four and 21 essays on complexity in six. Referencing these, Warfield writes: "The results of these three efforts are interpreted individually, and then jointly. It is thought that the results offer significant insights into complexity, helping to develop a vision of how to work with it effectively in government, industry, and education." John N.
