dc.description.abstractLibrary professionals are facing the same increasing pervasiveness of technology as other professions. Technology gives librarians positive new tools for managing and delivering information, but also changes modes of communication and collaboration with our patrons. This qualitative study explores the connection between the influx of virtual communication and its impact on collaboration and job satisfaction among academic librarians.
