William Nicoson wrote this letter to Ripskis because he was dismayed at not being interviewed for an article from the April 1973 issue in which a personal attack was made upon the Director of the Office of New Community Development, Ted Lamont. The May 1973 issue includes a print of Nicoson's letter and Ripskis's rebuttal which attempts to debunk Nicoson's corrections. Both newsletters contain anecdotal information about the Office of New Communities.
