dc.description.abstract In order to measure complexity, the Nominal Group Technique and Interpretive Structural Management (ISM) are used to gather data that will then be calculated. Using the Miller Index, one can measure the extent of the problem perceived. The Spreadthink Index is used to measure the difference of opinions within a group about the relative importance of the various problems. Applying the De Morgan Index provides a measurement of the extent of paired relationships among the problems. Finally, the Aristotle Index measures the density of logic embedded in the problematique arising from the group's work using ISM. John N. Warfield Collection 90.19
