Abstract
Letter from J. Haines to Robinson G. Lapp, Vice President of the Woodlands Development Corporation, dated November 3, 1980. In this letter and its enclosures, Haines discusses the noncompliance of the Woodlands development to its Affirmative Action Plan during the 1980 fiscal year. The letter also mentions the possibility of remedial actions if the Woodlands Development Corporation does not comply with the plan.
