Abstract
Letter from Susan Jones, President of Reston Home Owners Association, to RHOA Members, September 21, 1984. In this letter, Jones discusses the new Deed for Reston and a new set of Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for RHOA. The members are asked to vote on all three of these new documents using the enclosed ballots.
