Abstract
Slide by Anthony J. Sylvestro entitled “Aerial view of the Reston International Center and adjacent Sheraton hotel" dated January 1986. This is an image of two people putting up a sign for the Buttermilk Creek Nature Trail in Reston, Virginia. This trail runs from Hunt Club Road to the Uplands Pool. In this image, two teens are filling in the postholes for the sign. Trees are visible in the background of the image. None of these trees have leaves on them.
