Abstract
Slide by an anonymous photographer entitled “Reston Avenue at Glade Drive looking northeast" dated July 1980. This is an image of Reston Avenue, also known as Reston Parkway, located in Reston, Virginia. This image was taken near the intersection of Glade Drive and Reston Avenue. Reston Avenue is running from the foreground towards the background, and Glade Drive is running from left to right. Traffic signals can be seen at the intersection of these two roads. Cars can be seen stopped at the intersection and driving through it. Currently these roads have been expanded to five lanes with a median. Planned Community Archives Collection, 622.14
