Abstract
This photograph shows a desert landscape scene in the American Southwest. Though the location is unknown, it is believed to be Arizona ca. 1893. In center of photo is a desert scrub ladscape with several adobe and wooden buildings. In background is a mountain range. In foreground is what appears to be a tent anchor and rope.
Description
Photograph print (albumen type). Size - 3.9 in. x 3.9 in. (9.906 cm x 9.906 cm). Overall image heavily faded to yellowish tan with a mark in bottom left center of the photo. A darker brown portion is at left.
