Abstract
"In Search of the Public Interests in Land Use Controls," presented by William J. Nicoson, Director, Office of New Communities Development, Department of Housing and Urban Development. In this presentation, Nicoson states that man's use of land determines the organization and quality of the settled environment in which he lives and the character of the natural environment which he protects.
