dc.description.abstractPaper by the Nancy Larsoy entitled "RCA's Role For 1989 -90 and Beyond" that is undated. Larsoy discusses the future of the Reston Community Association in this paper. Mainly, Larsoy is discussing her desire for a new focus for the organization. She believes that new plans should be created for Reston, Virginia. She also suggests RCA should lead the way for creating new goals for Reston.
