| dc.description.abstract | Press release from Reston Land Corporation from June 9, 1989 entitled ”Mobil Foundation Gift Supports Student Homebuilders." This release concerns a donation from the Mobil Foundation to the Fairfax County Vocational Foundation, Inc. The Fairfax County Vocational Foundation offered instruction to high school students in residential construction, floor covering, landscaping, consumer marketing/retail, and auto mechanics. At the time of this release, the Foundation's programs had instructed nearly 200 students through on-site training, which included a home building project.
