No geographic information is given as to its proposed location other than being situated on the east coast, with good rail communications between two cities and being privately developed. The proposal outlines various educational outlets, such as libraries, schools, and day cares, to be developed as the town grows according to population estimates between 1970 and 2020. Educational philosphy; building diagrams; and town growth estimates and expectations are included in this report that sounds like a blueprint for Reston's development.
