dc.description.abstract	Undated overhead produced by Dewberry & Davis entitled "Deluca Plan Overhead (Includes Land Use)." This overhead shows proposed land use for Virginia Center, created by the Hazel/Peterson Companies (now Peterson Companies) next to the Vienna Metro Station at the Nutley Street exit off of Interstate 66. The land use proposed in this overhead was not developed. Instead, Virginia Center became a condominium complex now called Marquis at Vienna Station. Planned Community Archives Collection, 638.02.01
