Abstract
Undated report by an anonymous author entitled "Rules and Regulations: Specifications - Title IV New Communities Program." This report discusses the formal and informal regulations and procedures concerning new community developments. Eighteen formal regulations are suggested in this report. According to the report, these regulations are to be prepared for publication in the Federal Register.
