dc.description.abstractLetter from Robert Simon to Reston Staff dated March 16, 1966. In this letter, Simon discusses the need for the staff of Reston, Virginia development to work as a team. Simon also discusses the need to provide excellent service to new residents of Reston. He included an article from Urban Land by Carl Norcross entitled "What Buyers Think of Reston" that was dated February, 1966 that discusses the reactions of the first residents of Reston.
