Abstract

In this paper, Warfield returns to the subject of complexity and how it can be overcome by using Interactive Management. His emphasis is on how organizations can benefit from applying his methodology. The three stated goals of the paper are: "to convince you that situational complexity is a major source of low productivity, to propose a way to overcome and enhance productivity, and to suggest a new way of thinking."
