dc.description.abstractPress Release by the American Institute of Architects entitled "Strategy for Building a Better America Unveiled by AIA" and dated January 24, 1972. This press release announces a new three-part strategy that calls for assembly of public lands into "growth units, use of the neighborhood as the basic growth element, and changes in "ground rules," such as taxation.
