dc.description.abstractPress Release for the McCandless Company from June 21, 1989 entitled "Robinson Wins Virginia Lions 41st Bland Music Competition." This release concerns the award of a Virginia Lions Bland Music Competition scholarship to Tobie Robinson, a resident of Reston. Robinson, a senior at Reston South Lakes High School, won the scholarship at the annual competition held at the Richmond Marriott. The Bland Music Competition is named for composer James A.
