dc.description.abstractReport of Panel on Title VII New Communities Program prepared at the request of the Honorable Thomas L. Ashley, Committee on Banking and Currency, U.S. House of Representatives. At Thomas L. Ashley's request, a panel of experts was assembled to review the status of the Title VII New Communities and develop a range of recommendations for Ashley's consideration . The panel convened at the Academy for Contemporary Problems on May 12 and 13, and consisted of developers, financiers, academic experts, and government representatives. A list of participants is included. John P. Robin, Member, and Ralph R. Winders, Director of the Academy for Contemporary Problems submit preliminary findings and summaries that are their own and not of the panel. Planned Community Archives Collection, 420.05.
