dc.description.abstract | Report from Martha Pennino, Fairfax County Supervisor, entitled "Island Walk Situation Report" dated March 4, 1985. This report discusses the cooperatively owned housing development Island Walk and its breach of the deed of trust the community operates under. According to this report Island Walk had not maintained the facilities on the property adequately, especially after being notified several times of noncompliance. The report suggests that Island Walk can be improved through the actions of Fairfax County and First Virginia Bank, the mortgagee of the development. Planned Community Archives Collection, 533.03 | |
