Abstract
This paper is a description of the work done by Warfield and Roxana Cardenas for the Ford Motor Company. This goal of the work was to "engage Ford Motor Company with a new process that can be gradually installed through substitution in Ford's present Process Improvement Process." The paper discusses Japanese management and manufacturing techniques and concludes that Warfield's IM process is superior. John N. Warfield Collection 50.4.
