dc.description.abstractSlide by an anonymous photographer entitled “Road sign directing traffic, residents, and visitors to Reston's Bicentennial Celebration” dated May 1976. This is an image of a sign for the Bicentennial Celebration in Reston, Virginia. The sign directs participants to the site of the celebration. It also gives the dates of the event, which were May 14-16 and May 22-23. In front of the sign, four cars can be seen. Power lines and trees are behind the sign.
