Abstract
Slide by an anonymous photographer entitled “Little girl ready to slide” dated circa 1963. This is an image of a playground in Reston, Virginia. Several pieces of playground equipment can be seen in this image. A piece of climbing equipment can be seen on the left hand side of the image. A boy in shorts is playing on this piece of equipment. On the right side of the image, two slides are on top of a buried piece of pipe. A little girl is on one of the slides. She is wearing a pink shirt. Planned Community Archives Collection, 603.09
